A1: Seems that you selected wrong crtypt method (dll).

A2: Check free space on target volume

Q3: Slow mounting of crypted disk. There are many (large) files there.
A3: It's normal. Imagine that you are working with zip-storage.
Storage opening and processing of many files requires more time.
