Reformat utility

• it is aimed to format USB flash disks, USB harddrives to FAT32. So you can use this disks with OS/2 computer *and* Windows / MacOSX / Linux computers.
• Use Reformat if you can't install ArcaOS or eComStation to hard drive because of Message box: "Problems were detected in your disk layout". The installers will allow installation after you use Reformat.
