The device is not supported by Emperoar TV.
It's american version of the tuner and it doesn't work in Europe. The Americans choose not to adopt the DVB standard that is used in Europe and Asia. Instead they invented their own named ATSC. While they also transmit an MPEG transport stream, they use a different type of modulation (which requires different hardware on the receiver side) as well as as different layout of the service information (which requires different software).
