Cisco Aironet 340 wireless card

I have been using a Cisco Systems Aironet 340 wireless card. The old driver supports WEP encryption. But, the driver is buggy and the entire system crashes every couple of days. (some web pages crash ECS1.2r everytime I try to visit them). Also, the driver breaks the ethernet port (which works fine without the wireless driver running).
