QuickChat/2 - The simple LAN-chat!

Sitting here at itself in a network also looked on Windoze-People with some envy: they have more chats of everyones! But OS/2 don't have any  progressive chat except for OpenChat. And this chat is based on technology a client - server that forces to have a server started and configured.
A problem in part solves Odin (c) NetLabs. But unfortunately the majority of programs under it(him) while if and not a gluk-platform that very
slow "locks". And all this situation has induced me to engage in some chat... At once: at us network the administration choice for "basic" chat,
QuickChat! No dedicated server required. Chat fits into any network scenario without additional investments into server hardware or software.

Chat *FULLY* compatible with his Windows-brother and has more advanced features such as:
- Fast packet processing.
- Small program size.
- AntiFlood option (filters IP and packet size).
- Can disable showing you in chat userlist.
- Can disable sending your INFO requested by any one.
- Display's IP from packet received.
